Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the pardoning of R. S. Safarov
Guided by paragraph 22, Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
1. Ramil Sahib Safarov, a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who was born in 1977, and was sentenced to life by the decision of the Budapest Capital Court of Hungary dated April 13, 2006, shall be pardoned.
2. This order shall take effect from the day of its issuance.
