PRESIDENT CONGRATULATES PEOPLE’S ARTIST FARHAD KHALILOV

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated the People’s Artist of Azerbaijan, Chairman of Artists’ Union of Azerbaijan Farhad Khalilov on his 60th jubilee.

Head of the Azerbaijan State wished the artist health, happiness and new creative achievements, as well as success in his long-term public activity.
