Taliban kill 22 Afghan security forces in Farah province

At least 22 Afghan security forces were killed and five wounded in restive Farah province bordering Iran, an official confirmed on Monday, Anadolu Agency reported.

Shah Mehmood, deputy chairman for the provincial council, told Anadolu Agency a convoy of the security forces came under Taliban attack in the Joyen district of the province on Sunday evening.
