‘The Congress will play important role in expansion of new agencies’ cooperation’, Meinolf Ellers

Azerbaijan has organized the 5th News Agencies World Congress held under the motto “New Challenges for News Agencies” at high level. We are thankful for the pleasant conditions created for us.

This was stated by Mr. Meinolf Ellers, Chief Digital Officer of DPA, participant of the Congress, in his interview with AZERTAC.

‘The event was organized in a wonderful place, distinctive with its magnificent architecture and flowing, curved style. Sure, the Congress joined by representatives of the news agencies of numerous countries will play important role in expansion of cooperation, in discussion of the modern problems of journalism and social media and tackle the problems in this field’, the DPA Chief Officer stressed.

He expressed his admiration for the Azerbaijani capital noting he is for the first time in Baku.
