On awarding "Heydar Aliyev" Order to Sergio Mattarella
Guided by Item 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To award "Heydar Aliyev" Order to President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella for special services rendered to the development of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Italian Republic.
