The Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
On declaring extraordinary Presidential elections in Azerbaijan
Guided by Item 1 of Article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with Article 179 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan I hereby order:
To declare the extraordinary Presidential elections in Azerbaijan.
The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure timing of extraordinary Presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan for April 11, 2018 and conduct in accordance with the procedure established by the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
