Uzbek defense minister visits military unit in Azerbaijan

Uzbek Minister of Defense Abdusalom Azizov, accompanied by Azerbaijan`s counterpart Zakir Hasanov, has visited a military unit in Azerbaijan.

They first laid flowers at a bust of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the territory of the military unit.

The defense ministers were widely briefed about the military unit and then got acquainted with the conditions created for the military personnel.

After visiting the mess hall, barracks, administrative and service premises, the two ministers were informed about weapons and military equipment, as well as other combat assets available in the military unit.
