"SIMA Token" can be ordered online

"AzInTelecom" LLC, under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, has created a convenient opportunity for citizens and entrepreneurs to order "SIMA Token" electronic signature online. It is now possible to order "SIMA Token" electronic signature at any time by visiting www.sima.az.
To complete the order process, citizens must create an online request on www.sima.az by entering their ID card information, secret answer, delivery address (nearest post office), and contact information. After submitting this information, the contract for the order is signed with "SİMA İmza". The cost for a 3-year Token signature for citizens is 18 AZN.
For entrepreneurs, the order process requires entering ID card information, a secret answer, TIN number, delivery address (nearest post office), and contact information. After submitting this information, the contract for the order is signed with "SİMA İmza". The cost for a 3-year Token signature for entrepreneurs is 36 AZN.
Previously, citizens and entrepreneurs had to visit customer service offices to order “SİMA Token.” By ordering online, users save time by eliminating the need to travel to these offices and wait in line. After processing the order, a visit to the selected post office is required for collection.
The main advantages of "SİMA Token" include recognition, privacy, integrity, and non-repudiation. The token can be used in all areas that require an electronic signature, including the electronic tax portal, mortgage loan applications, the electronic court system, mobile notary services, AMAS, banking, and financial services.
To utilize "SIMA Token", users must download and install the signing software, "driver" and central certificate accordingly.
