The elections in Agjabadi distcit are conducting under the state of fairness and democracy. Method of ultra-violet lamps and invisible inks are effectively used in the constituencies. Over 68 thousand electors will vote in Agjabady constituency N 82, and Agjabady-Agdam constituency N 83, the spokesman of constituency said.
