AT CABINET OF MINISTERS
Ali Hasanov on behalf of the government of Azerbaijan warmly welcomed the visitors, noting that the “Imdad” Committee takes a special place both on the steady activity, and links with the government. Activity of this structure deserves approval and can serve as example for others, he stressed. Mr. Hasanov has especially noted work of the head of representation of the organization in Azerbaijan Bahram Kazimzade.
The deputy prime minister has emphasized the role of Committee in development and strengthening of relations between two brotherly countries, reminding the visit of the head of mentioned structure Seid Rza Nairi to Azerbaijan, and this visit to Iran. He also reminded official visit of President Ilham Aliyev to the neighboring Iran in January of the last year.
Huseyn Envari has thanked for warm reception and informed on the purpose of the visit to last till June 5, the activity of Committee represented by him in Azerbaijan.
It was marked, that within the visit, representatives of the international humanitarian organization had visited the tomb of nationwide leader of Heydar Aliyev, and held meeting in some of the ministries.
The parties had exchange of opinions on realization of the joint project “Ikram”, the purpose of which is rapprochement of intensive links between two peoples.
Discussed were prospects of coop of the Committee with the Government of Azerbaijan.
Ambassador of Iran to Azerbaijan Afshar Suleymani participated at the meeting.
