Azerbaijan gets observer status at Pacific Ocean Alliance

Azerbaijan has gained an observer status at the Pacific Ocean Alliance at a meeting of the organization`s Ministerial Council in Mexico.
Azerbaijan pays special importance to cooperation with Latin American countries and actively collaborates with international organizations and economic unions in the region, according to the Foreign Ministry.
The Pacific Alliance is a Latin American trade bloc, formed by Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, which all border the Pacific Ocean.
