AZERBAIJAN, HUNGARY: PROSPECT OF RELATIONS DISCUSSED
Minister Mammdyarov said he is for development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary in numerous fields.
Head of the delegation expressed gratitude for opening of the Azerbaijan embassy in Hungary and said he is interested in opening of their diplomatic mission in Baku. Speaking of the role and position of Azerbaijan in region, Mr. Barsony said his country supports development of relations between two countries, and invited Elmar Mammadyarov to visit Hungary. Then, the guest highlighted on the economic, internal and external policy of his country.
Speaking of the current status of the economic links between two countries, Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stressed the necessity of further cementing of it. To this end, the Minister suggested of conducting of business-forums. Therefore, the sides stressed importance of mutual visits. Mr. Mammadyarov informed on the role and position of Azerbaijan in region, its links with the European Union, integration in the European structures. He also updated on the works done for settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
Head of the Hungarian delegation Andras Barsony said he highly praises the idea of conducting business-forums, reminding on opportunities in the field of non-oil spheres, including tourism, agriculture, pharmacology and others.
Touching upon the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Mr. Barsony said the government of Hungary adheres settlement of the problem in the frame of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and peacefully.
