AZERBAIJAN, QATAR SIGN INTERGOVERNMENTAL DOCUMENTS
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani today at the Presidential Palace attended a ceremony of signing intergovernmental documents between the two countries.
President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Azerbaijan Suleyman Tatliyev and Minister of Finance of Qatar Yousef Hussain Kamal signed the Agreement on establishment of Joint Business Council and the Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries’ Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Director General of the state company Azerbaijan Air Lines Jahangir Asgarov and Minister of Finance of Qatar Yousef Hussain Kamal signed the Agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Qatar on cooperation in air transportation.
Minister of Taxes of Azerbaijan Fazil Mammadov and Minister of Finance of Qatar Yousef Hussain Kamal signed the Agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Qatar on avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.
Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Heydar Babayev and Minister of Finance of Qatar Yousef Hussain Kamal signed the Agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Qatar on encouragement and mutual projection of investments.
