Azerbaijani, Emirati FMs discuss development of cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has held a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
During the phone conversation, the FMs hailed the high level of relations between Azerbaijan and the UAE on bilateral and international platforms, and discussed the prospects for bilateral ties. The ministers expressed confidence that the bilateral cooperation in political, economic, trade and other areas will continue to develop in 2023.
FM Bayramov informed his counterpart about the situation in the region, as well as the restoration and construction works carried out by Azerbaijan in the post-conflict period.
During the phone conversation, the sides also discussed bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
