AZERBAIJANI KITCHEN KNOWN WORLDWIDE
A meeting with Azerbaijan’s national culinary team, who won 1 gold and 4 bronze medals in the International Culinary Competition of over 1000 cooks from 21 countries in Istanbul, took place at the M. F. Akhundov National Library in Baku. “Huge work has been done recently to make Azerbaijani kitchen known worldwide”, said Tahir Amiraslanov, Director General of the National Culinary Center.
Mr. Amiraslanov also informed the audience about the Asian Championship held among 20 teams in Ekaterinburg, where Azerbaijan’s team including 7 cooks was success, as well. Next place the Azerbaijan’s cooks are going to demonstrate their art is the 5th international festival "Culinary saloon-restaurant world" in the Russian capital city of Moscow.
