The president of «Azerenergy» Joint Stock Company Etibar Pireverdiyev met with the representatives of Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC).

The main issue of the meeting was to discuss the project of the second 400-megawatt steam and gas plant of “Shimal” state electric station.

“Azerenergy” joint stock company is to conduct tender in near future to define the construction company .

Four companies from Japan, Germany and Finland applied for participation.

As known, the construction of the second 400-megawatt combined-cycle plant of “Shimal” PS will be realized by credit of JBIC.
