BERLIN HOSTS WORLD REFUGEE DAY
Baku, June 24 (AZERTAC). An event organized by the Coordination Center of Azerbaijanis in Germany (CCAG) and Germany-Azerbaijan Solidarity Society to mark the World Refugee Day was held in Berlin.
Head of the Germany-Azerbaijan Solidarity Society Ismayil Emikishiyev, Executive director of CCAG Samira Patzer Ismaylova briefed the participants on the history and main objectives of the
World Refugee Day.
CCAG leaders proposed to establish a working group comprised of Azerbaijanis who are currently living in Germany after they were deported from Armenia and forced from their native lands in Nagorno-Karabakh during the war.
