BITTER CONSEQUENCES OF EXPLOSIONS IN ISTANBUL
On November 15, 9:30 a.m. local time, two bombs were set off near synagogues in Istanbul districts of Shishli and Beyoglu. According to the Health Department of Istanbul, the explosions have killed 20 and wounded 257 people. The wounded were brought to the hospitals. Health situation of many is rather serious. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Turkey Abdullah Gul stated that international terrorist organizations are implicated in the terrorist. Interior Minister Abdulgadir Aksu and vali of Istanbul Muamar Guler came to the place of terrorist act to familiarize themselves with the course of investigation.
Security TV camera of synagogue “Neve Shalom” situated in Beyoglu in Gulledibi street helped the police to identify the red car which was blasted.
On the same day, Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Israel talked on the telephone. Israel will send its group of specialists to facilitate the investigation.
