BSEC’S BY-LAWS TO BE AMENDED
Alterations, to be included to the By-Law of Parliament Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization will put an end to disagreements inside the Organization.As AzerTAj correspondent was informed by Azerbaijani MP Asaf Hajiyev, the fact that the last word belongs to large states and monopoly in the posts became the reason for serious discontent of other states. Representatives of five states out of eleven left the sessions because of disagreements, appeared at the sessions in Tbilisi and Istanbul. That is why the decision was made to include amendments to the By-Law and Regulations of the organization. The set up Working Group has already prepared and discussed the new By-Law. The last amendments to the document will be included by the Working Group during their meeting in Istanbul in September. Then, the issue will be included to the agenda of Assembly session. Alterations will allow representatives of all member-states to be elected to the management of Organization.
