Combined Arms Army held the Commando Initial Course's graduation ceremony

Combined Arms Army held the Commando Initial Course's first graduation ceremony, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.
First, the memory of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and Shehids who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was commemorated with a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
Graduates who successfully completed the course took the commando oath.
The Commander of the Combined Arms Army, Major General Kanan Seyidov congratulated the personnel who took the commando oath and conveyed to them the congratulations of the Defense Ministry’s leadership. Noting the importance of such courses for improving the professional level of military personnel and increasing the units' combat capability in the Azerbaijan Army, Major General K.Seyidov wished the graduates success in their future military service.
Then servicemen were awarded certificates, and the course leader attached an emblem to the symbolic stump.
The ceremony concluded with a solemn passage of personnel in front of the grandstand under the accompaniment of a military march.
