COMMISSION ENDEAVORS TO RELEASE WAR PRISONER

Anar Misha oglu Samadov, 21, drafted in January 2004 was taken hostage by Armenians on the troops’ contact line in Terter region, State Commission for War Prisoners and Hostages and Missing Citizens told AzerTAj reporter. Armenian side notified the International Committee of the Red Cross /ICRC/ on taking A. Samadov prisoner. The Commission is now taking necessary measures to release Anar Samadov, whose parents were received at the State Commission and informed on the current situation.
