To provide introduction of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On nourishment of infant and children of early age’, and in view of coming of the Law into effect, I, hereby, enact:

1. To assign Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, within a month:

- to submit to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan proposals on bringing the existing legislative acts in compliance with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic ‘On nourishment of infant and children of early age’;

- to ensure bringing the normative-legal acts of Cabinet of Ministers and relevant central bodies of executive power with the said Law and inform on this President of Azerbaijan Republic;

- to prepare and submit to President of Azerbaijan republic the Draft of the legislative act, fixing kinds of responsibility for violation of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic ‘On nourishment of infant and children of early age’;

- to confirm the amount and order of payment stipulated by the Article 5-2 of the said Law the monthly allowance granted to mothers, breast-feeding infants up to age of a year;

- to fix order and terms, stipulated by the Article 6-1 of the said Law;

- to submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic the proposals on the bodies of executive power, implementing stipulated by the Article 9 of the said Law authorities ‘relevant bodies of executive power’;

- within its powers, to solve other issues resulting from the Law of Azerbaijan Republic ‘On nourishment of infant and children of early age’;

2. To determine that

- stipulated by the Articles 5-2 and 6-1 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic ‘On nourishment of infant and children of early age’, the powers of the ‘relevant body of executive power’ is realized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic;

- stipulated by the Articles 12-0.1 and 12.0.2 of the said Law, powers of the ‘relevant body of executive power’ are realized by the Health Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
