With the aim to ensure Application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Introducing Amendments in Some Legislative Acts of the Azerbaijan republic”, I hereby decree:

1. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall be assigned to submit, during one month, proposals on bringing the legislative acts in force to conformity with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Introducing Amendments in Some Legislative Acts of the Azerbaijan Republic”.

shall be vested in President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. Authorities of “relevant executive bodies” stipulated by part 2, Article 17 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Military Service” shall be carried out by the Ministry of Defense of the Azerbaijan Republic, as well as - within the limits of their authorities - the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of National Security, State Frontier Service of the Azerbaijan Republic, Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic /in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic - Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic/, Special State Security Service of the Azerbaijan Republic.
