DECREEOF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJANON EXECUTION OF AUTHORITIES BY MEMBERS OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERSOF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Under the Article 116 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, taking into consideration of the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers, I hereby decree:

1. Authorities of the members of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be executed by former members of the Cabinet of Ministers until new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers is formed.

2. The present Decree comes into effect since the day of signing.
