DELEGATION OF AZERBAIJAN LEFT FOR US
The Congress will be held on 30-31 January, and the second day of the Congress will be dedicated completely to Azerbaijan with a topic “Position of the modern Azerbaijan in the world: prospects of development”.
The gathering will be attended by the renowned US and Turkish political figures and statesmen, including Prime Minister of Turkey Rejep Tayyip Erdogan, several ministers and MPs of Turkey, as well as US Congressmen, representatives of the Azerbaijani and Jewish Diaspora in America and Canada. Speaking will be at the Congress the president of the Organization Arcumand Gilinc, Premier of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, chief of the department of President Administration of Azerbaijan Republic Ali Hasanov, chairman of the Committee Nazim Ibrahimov and others. Mr. Ali Hasanov will read out congratulation message of Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev to the Congress participants.
The delegation of Azerbaijan is expected to have meetings with the heads of the Diaspora organizations and US Congressmen in Washington.
A ceremony of reverence of the memory of the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev is to be held in New York on 1 February. The ceremony will be attended by representatives of the Azerbaijan, Turkish and Jewish Diasporas in the United States.
