As stated from the permanent representation of Azerbaijan at the Council of Europe, CE Secretary General Mr. Walter Schwimmer and permanent representative of Azerbaijan, Ambassador Agshin Mehdiyev signed documents of acceding of Azerbaijan Republic to the “Sixth Protocol to the General Agreement of eh Council of Europe on immunity and privileges” dated 5 March 1996, ‘European landscape Convention’ dated 20 October 200 and “European Convention on protection of domestic animals” dated on 13 November 1987.
