DOCUMENTS SIGNING CEREMONY
At first, Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the stattement “On Friendship and Strategic Partnership Between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
The agreement “On Military Cooperation Between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan” was signed by Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev and Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Altinbayev; agreement “On Cooperation in Intergovernmental Communication Between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan” – by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Vilayat Guliyev and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Gasimjomart Takayev; the agreement “On Scientific and Technical Cooperation Between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan” – by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Vilayat Guliyev and Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Jaksibek Kulekeyev; the agreement “On Scientific and Technical, Trade and Economic Cooperation Between Executive Power of Baku and Executive Power of Astana” – by Head of Baku Executive Power Hajibala Abutalibov and First Deputy Head of Executive Power of Astana Sanzibay Yesimov; the program of “Long-term Cooperation in Sphere of Culture, Science and Tourism Between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan” – by Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan Polad Bulbul oglu and Minister of Culture of Kazakhstan Dusen Kaseinov, and the contract “On Cooperation Between the Air Comanies “Azerbaijan Hava Yollari” and “Kazakhstan Hava Yollari” was signed by President of the State Concern “Azerbaijan Hava Yollari” Jahangir Asgarov and Deputy Director of the State Concern “Kazakhstan Hava Yollari” Almatbek Manboyev.
