DRAFT ON COMPULSORY INSURANCE OF FIRE DISCUSSED
Chairing at the sitting, charwoman of the standing committee on economic policy Sattar Safarov spoke on the Draft “On compulsory insurance of fire”. He said: “The said Law resulting from the Law “On fire security”, regulates the relations in the field of insurance of fire property of the legal and physical entities, engaged in entrepreneurial activity at the territory of country, and their civic responsibility before the third persons. It also determines minimum compulsory requirements, which should observe the participants of the said insurance.
The Draft was discussed in the second hearing and adopted at the parliament. During preparation for the third hearing, the Draft was amended. Focused were the event of insurance, rights and duties of insurer, division of risks amount of insurance and other items.
Further, discussed was the question on introduction of amendments to a number of Laws of Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law “On nourishment of infant”. Noted was that in this connection, the Law “On Advertising” and Code of administrative offences is amended.
Finally, decided was to submit the Drafts to the parliament for consideration.
