Over 76 mln kWh of power came in the energy system of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic during July: 42 mln kWh from Iran and some 10 mln kWh from Turkey, press-office of “Azerenergi” told AzerTAj. The hydroelectric power station “Araz” produced over 4 mln kWh of power.

During the lat seven months of 2004 the Autonomous Republic received some 650 mln kWh of power: 330 mln kWh from Iran, and some 230 mln kWh from Turkey. For the accounting period, the “Araz” has generated 78 mln kWh of electric power.
