“15,800 families have bought houses through mortgage lending so far”, said the Chairman of Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamv at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to the results of socio-economic development in 2014 and objectives for 2015.

According to him, in the past year, the mortgage credits presented by the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund have made up AZN 97 mln increasing by 29 percent.

These funds include allocations by state, as well as Fund’s own resources. The country starts introduction of electronic mortgage to simplify access to the mortgage credits
