The pipe-coating plant of the EUPEC Company in Baku will continue the works in accordance with the project of pipeline, to be laid from the platform of Shahdeniz. As was informed to AzerTAj, EUPEC has signed with BP Company a contract on coating the pipes for the project on export of gas from Shahdeniz.

The plant will realized anti-corrosion coating of the metal pipes at 290 km length and concrete pipes of 200 km.

The coating works will be realized in Baku, beginning from the second half of current year and to early 2005.
