EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON INCREASE IN MONTHLY SALARIES FOR ENLISTED AND CIVIL PERSONNEL OF MINISTRY OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
1. Monthly salaries shall be increased averagely 1,5 fold for enlisted and civil personnel, and 2,5 fold for enlisted personnel of anti-terror and information security structures of the Ministry of National Security of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2. Financial issues to perform the item 1 of the present Executive Order shall be solved within the limits of the 2004 State Budget of the Azerbaijan Republic.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall approve the monthly salaries for enlisted and civil personnel of the Ministry of National Security of the Azerbaijan Republic, and solve the issues arising form the present Executive Order.
4. The present Executive Order comes into effect on 1 July 2004.
