EXTRA 20 MILLIONS TONS OF CRUDE TO BE EXTRACTED
President of BP-Azerbaijan David Woodward told AzerTAj correspondent that construction work on the first oil producing from Azeri field in the beginning of 2005 is going on in accordance with schedule. Producing the first oil from Western and Eastern Azeri platforms will begin from the second quarter of 2006 and first quarter of 2007 respectively. As a result, production will increase by 20 million tons of crude yearly.
