FARMAN KARIMZADEH’S MEMORY DEDICATED

A commemoration day of famous writer Farman Karimzadeh was held in “Natavan” club of the Writers Union of Azerbaijan.

Writer Gulhuseyn Huseynoglu told of the place of Farman Karimzadeh in Azerbaijani literature, his lifetime and creative activity. He reminded of his bestseller “The Snow Pass”. Besides, F. Karimzadeh was a great painter and publicist.

Chairman of the Writers Union, Milli Majlis deputy, People’s Writer Anar described Farman Karimzadeh as a worthy successor of the historical romantic traditions in Azerbaijani literature.

Poet Ilyas Taptig, prose writer Ingilab Velizadeh shared their memories on F. Karimzadeh.
