The first issue of culinary magazine “Culina” has been published in Azerbaijan. The first issue, publication of the Azerbaijan National Culinary Center of the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Tourism contains materials in Azerbaijani and Russian languages on history of birth of original Azerbaijani cuisine, an integral part of the national culture, on art of table appointments, basis of restaurant business, critical articles on the level of services and quality of dishes in some public nourishment objects, famous Azerbaijani cookery experts. etc.

Gourmets and housewives will, of course, be interested in exclusive receipts, given by the chiefs of popular restaurants, secrets of serving art made of vegetables.

The main aim of this issue is to fill the breach in literature on culinary in Azerbaijani language for people, involved into restaurant business, scientists and researchers and all admirers of national cuisine, chief editor, Director General of the Center, Chairman of the Folk Art Organization of UNESCO Tahir Amiraslanov said.
