Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s press center today has given a briefing.

Chief of the press center Khazar Ibrahim told the briefing that the center is going to hold this kind of event weekly. K. Ibrahim pointed out that the first briefing coincided with the President Ilham Aliyev’s executive order designating 9 July the professional holiday of diplomatic service personnel.

According to K. Ibrahim, press center now operates independently, being subordinated directly to the Minister. Foreign Ministry officials are expected to participate in the weekly briefings.

K. Ibrahim provided information about the upcoming foreign visits led by the Foreign Ministry officials.
