Four PKK terrorists ‘neutralized’ in southeast Turkey

Four PKK terrorists were "neutralized" in air-backed counterterrorism operations in Turkey’s southeastern Siirt province on Tuesday, according to local governor’s office, Anadolu Agency reports.

Turkish authorities often use the word "neutralized" in their statements to imply that the terrorists in question either surrendered or were killed or captured.

The operation in the countryside of Eruh district was still ongoing, a statement by the Siirt Governor's Office said.
