From Debbie Rodella, State Representative from New Mexico
Mr. President,
Congratulations on your reelection and congratulations to the people of Azerbaijan for another milestone in strengthening the civil institutions. Nationwide elections offer a choice to voters and represent an important part of democratic process. As an American, I greatly appreciate Azerbaijan`s vital contributions to the United States-led operations in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kosovo. This is merely one example of our common efforts. We look forward to continued partnership with Azerbaijan.
Mr. President, as a friend of Azerbaijan I wish you and the Azerbaijani people success as you lead your nation forward.
Debbie Rodella
State Representative from New Mexico
