As the Republic of Azerbaijan celebrates its National Day, it gives me great pleasure to send Your Excellency my warmest congratulations, together with my best wishes to you for good health and happiness, and to your people for further progress and prosperity.
I should like to take this auspicious opportunity to say how satisfied I am with the brotherly Islamic bonds between our peoples as well as with the ties based on mutual esteem, fruitful cooperation and active solidarity between our countries.
