Undoubtedly, the negotiations we conducted with you in the spirit of mutual trust and sincerity during my unprecedented state visit to Azerbaijan in August of this year, the important agreements we reached, and our joint participation in the opening ceremony of the Mirzo Ulugbek school in the city of Fuzuli made a profound impact on our extensive bilateral relations.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to once again congratulate Your Excellency on the excellent hosting of the first Summit of the United Nations Special Program for the Economies of Central Asia recently in beautiful Baku at your initiative, and emphasize that this international event will contribute to the overall development of our region.
