FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF AZERBAIJAN-TURKEY RELATIONS DISCUSSED
Warmly having welcomed the visitor, Prime Minister Arthur Rasizadeh has emphasized that constantly holds in the center of attention questions of strengthening and expansion of political, economic, cultural links of the Azerbaijan state continuing the political line of our national leader Heydar Aliyev with the friendly and brotherly Turkish Republic being our strategic partner.
Having touched on the social questions with great value for our countries, it has been marked, that expansion of cooperation with Turkey, which has saved up wide experience in the field of improvement of social status of the population, mutual exchange by experience would be useful to both sides. Then, wide exchange of opinions on questions of employment of the population, migration, labor safety, opening of new workplaces, provision of pensions, medical insurance, social protection of invalids and other questions were focused. Signing during the visit of the Procedural Contract concerning application of the cooperation agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Turkey in the field of social protection with a view of creation of legal base necessary for regulation of bilateral links has been marked as the positive factor.
During conversation, the parties had exchange of opinions on a number of other questions concerning further development of the Turkish-Azerbaijani relations.
Minister of Labor and Social Security of the population of Azerbaijan Ali Nagiyev, ambassador of Turkey in Azerbaijan Ahmed Unal Chevikez attended the reception.
