Recently the price per one ton of Portland cement SEM II 40 Mpa produced by “Garadagh” Sement J.S.C was reduced in 10 000 ($2 US) by resolution of the Company’s management. Before that, the price was also reduced $1. It is not the only novelty in the sales strategy. Nowadays, negotiations are being held with the existing large construction materials markets for sale of the product brought directly either from the enterprise of its sale base without distributor interference. The product of “Garadagh” Sement J.S.C will be sold at prices conditioned by the Company itself.

Serious work is done in the existing distributor network. The management stated that the distributors must build their relations with the concerned outlets in such a way that the sale price for the last buyer be 17 500 AZM. Otherwise, the “Garadagh” Sement J.S.C will put an end to cooperation with distributors failing to comply with its terms and conditions.

The supervision mechanism for controlling of the terms has been prepared. Furthermore, “Garadagh” Sement J.S.C is going to build profitable relations with ferro-concrete plants. The Marketing and Sales Department of the Company has prepared a plan for prevention of price decrease in consideration of the increased cement demand in the forthcoming season. The Department has enlisted all efforts of the foregoing measures to give positive results.

To get a prompt interference into the situation, the Department’s officers will hold intensive monitoring.

One ton of cement will be sold by distributors at 245-365 thousands manats while to clients - at 280-365 thousand manats.
