On the day the Georgian Sitelubani village was fired, 6 August, Georgia officially demanded from Russia data of the radar stations, reports AZERTAC referring to Novosti Georgia Agency.

First deputy foreign minister of Georgia Nikolaz Vashakidze and deputy foreign minister of Russia Grigori Karasin had phone conversation. Vashakidze said that a group of international experts would investigate the case. Georgia expressed readiness for investigation, demanding from Russia data of the radar stations.

Georgian MIA stated that it has many proofs on trespassing by Russian jets of Georgia’s space.
