Georgian PM meets DBH Group representatives

Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia met representatives of the major Chinese holding company, DBH Group, 1TV.ge reported citing the Georgian Government Administration.
The meeting focused on Georgia’s investment opportunities and the favorable business environment in the country. Discussions covered cooperation in the energy sector and the development of renewable energy, as well as prospects for implementing joint projects in these areas.
The meeting participants highlighted Georgia’s strategic location and the role of the Middle Corridor as a route connecting Europe and Asia, which creates additional opportunities for foreign investors.
It was noted that the Government of Georgia welcomes the entry of major international companies into the country and is ready to facilitate the implementation of projects that will provide an additional stimulus to the country’s economic growth.
DBH Group is one of the most influential business groups, bringing together 26 subsidiaries operating in sectors including energy, real estate, mining, biotechnology and hospitality.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili and Head of Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
