GTZ AND MM MONITOR CIVIL CODE

The Civil Code of Azerbaijan Republic will be amended. Milli Majlis Administration and German Society for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) are working on the Civil Code’s paragraphs concerning the natural and juridical persons. After the monitoring ends, the Code will be amended.

GTZ has been an instrumental in improving the Civil Code, providing an assistance to amend a number of paragraphs of the Code.
