“HEYDAR ALIYEV CENTER” TO BE ESTABLISHED
President Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order on December 29 setting up the “Heydar Aliyev Center” to explore and develop the statehood philosophy of founder of modern Azerbaijan statehood Heydar Aliyev and advocate the idea of Azerbaijanism.
In accordance with the executive order, the State Committee for State Property Management shall prepare the proposals on allocation of the place for the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku and implementation of construction activities there to submit them to the President of Azerbaijan within a month.
Presidential Administration shall prepare its proposals on the structure, management and actions program of the Heydar Aliyev Center to submit them to the President of Azerbaijan Republic within three months.
