Italian EU News website: Europe discusses ways of ensuring its energy security through Azerbaijani gas

Rome, April 4 (AZERTAC). Italian EU News website has published an article highlighting the Southern Gas Corridor and transportation of Azerbaijan`s gas to Europe.

The article speaks of the 5th EU-U.S. Energy Council meeting held in Brussels on April 2. According to the author, the meeting stressed the importance of the Southern Gas Corridor in terms of transportation of Azerbaijan`s gas to European markets in order to ensure diversification of European energy sources.

The article stresses the importance of supporting the Southern Gas Corridor in terms of strengthening energy security of Europe.
