ITIC ENHANCING ITS ACTIVITIES IN AZERBAIJAN

International Tax and Investment Center (ITIC) will hold seminar in August this year with participation of representatives of the ministries of finance and taxes of Azerbaijan Republic, ITIC official representative in Azerbaijan Fatima G. Aslan informed AzerTAj. She noted that the purpose of the seminar is to acquaint young Azerbaijani specialists with world experience in the field of tax management.

Main direction of the activity of International Center is rendering assistance in the development of tax legislation in the former Soviet republics, the ITIC representative stressed. Last year, 3 seminars were held in Baku, while till the end of this year the conduction of another 6 are planned. Such events help to increase the qualification of Azerbaijani specialists.

ITIC head office is situated in Washington. Representative offices of this Organization, function as well in Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
