I was deeply saddened upon hearing the news on heavy human loss and large scale destructions in the north of Your country as a result of quakes.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my behalf, I extend my deep condolence to You, the families and natives of the dead, the entire people of Morocco on this tragedy.

Let Allah rest their souls in peace.
