LABOR FAIRS THROUGHT REPUBLIC

Labor fairs arranged by Main Employment Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of Population are important measure to provide job seeking and jobless citizens with social protection. Today, 31 thousand citizens are employed, and hundreds are involved in vocational trainings and paid public works due to labor fairs.

According to the Main Employment Department, 630 enterprises and organizations have offered 4911 vacancies at the labor fairs held in 27 regions of the republic, since May 2003. As a result, 1305 citizens were assigned a job, 213 involved in public works, and 160 – in vocational training.
